Business identity
The Scent Bridge is a DBA (doing business as) name of Mercad Logistics Services LLC. In these terms, “we” and “our” refer to Mercad Logistics Services LLC operating as The Scent Bridge.
Our online store
The Scent Bridge sells the products marked available in our own store. Product pages show the exact bottle, current price and current availability. We do not operate a public retail location.
Prices, taxes and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are calculated at checkout. Inventory is checked again when checkout begins; placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if payment, inventory or delivery information cannot be verified.
Shipping and returns
Our current shipping rates, delivery estimate and return-contact process are published on the Shipping & Returns page. Do not mail a product back before receiving return instructions from us.
