The Scent Bridge is a DBA of Mercad Logistics Services LLC. Mercad Logistics Services LLC operates this website and handles the customer information described in this policy.
Information you provide
We process the information needed to create an account, answer an inquiry and fulfill an order, including contact, payment-status and shipping information. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by The Scent Bridge.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and advertising measurement load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We use them to understand visits, checkout activity and verified purchases. With that choice, pseudonymous Google Analytics client and session identifiers may be included in Stripe checkout metadata so a confirmed purchase can be measured after payment. Admin pages and browsers marked as internal traffic are excluded. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps these optional tools disabled on that browser.
Email choices
Transactional messages about an order are necessary to serve you. Marketing email is separate and requires an explicit opt-in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Purchase reviews
After delivery, we may email you an optional invitation to review the products in your order. A review you submit may appear publicly with its rating and words, but not your email, order number or shipping details.
Google Customer Reviews
When the optional Google Customer Reviews invitation is displayed after checkout, its module shares your order identifier, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google. Google may place or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or similar technologies, in connection with this program. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the privacy choices available on our site. If you opt in, Google may later email you a survey about your shopping experience. Participation is optional and governed by Google’s privacy terms.
How we use and share data
We use data to operate the store, prevent abuse, fulfill purchases, provide support and measure the website with your permission. We share only what is necessary with service providers that support these functions. We do not sell customer information.
